Refund & Return Policy

At Espresso Vibe, we want you to enjoy every purchase. Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns

Due to food safety and freshness standards, coffee beans and other consumable products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@espressovibe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue was caused during shipping or due to an order error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
