Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Because coffee products are food items, orders cannot be returned once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
